Domingos and Juliana Sabino feel called to work with the Himba, a nomadic people, for the rest of their lives. They want the Himba to preach the Gospel to their own people and to other people groups. Juliana and Domingos Sabino

Himba mothers It all began with their Discipleship Training School (DTS) in 1995, when they first heard about fellow Angolans, an example the Himba tribe, who had never heard the Gospel in their own language. Since then the Himba are always on their heart and mind.
Domingos and Juliana Sabino worked with YWAM Lobito. They staffed the DTS and the Night DTS, helped with maintentance at the base and served in the communal kitchen. Father and Son

In 1997 they did Introduction to Cultural and Etnolinguistics Studies, which was vital training for their future research and ministry amongst the Himba. Domingos also did a course in Primary Health Care and Microscopy (testing for malaria).
Before joining YWAM, Juliana was a typist, her husband an electrician.
