Many of us face information overload. For this reason I will use mainly pictures to "paint the picture" on how we are doing.
For the Millers Christmas in Australia this year means time with Len's children Rebecca and Dan (Dan's twin Katherine and her husband Eddie live in New Zealand and can't come this year). We will also have some time with Dan's daughter Jordan-Rose (left).

- Jordan-Rose: These days we see a bit more of Len’s grandchild, which is fantastic, but very little of her mother, who moved back with her parents. Jordan’s parents have been unable to reconcile and while we we do what we can to help, we often feel sad, confused and powerless.
- Adjustment to Australia continues to go smoothly. I expect to receive my permanent residency visa soon.
- Health: Praise God, I’m 99% pain free (I am taking high quality mulit-vitamins, Omega 3 and glucosamine. Plus regular exercise).
- Weather: After many years of drought, we are now blessed with rain. Thank God! And unlike in Europe, here Christmas is the hight of Summer (still feels strange).
- Church: Len and I are both on the mission committee, and we recently had a great mission Sunday!
- Ministry: I am no longer involved with the children ministry in the Inner City. Instead I have responded to a need for volunteer teachers. Christian Religious Education in Australia is voluntary, unpaid, but well structured. Due to personnel issues I changed schools mid-term. This was not easy, but the kids are great. Holidays are great too!

- Family, Friends and Franconian Food: We had a great time in Germany. Upon our return we went on a much needed diet. Len since lost nearly 10 kg. He looks and feels so much better.
- Writing: While in Germany we attended not only my niece's wedding, but also two marriage workshops in preparation for ministry in this area and wrote an article about it. Click here to read more.
- Operation Jonah: It's been a year since my book was published. Financially we are not yet breaking even.
- Plans for 2011:
- Continue with current responsibilites (grand-parent duties, teaching in school, YWAM Africa website, etc.
- A trip to Africa (probably around May)
- Len's work environment will change after July. We are gearing up for becoming self-funded missionaries. This is exhilerating and about as nerve-wrecking as flying in a micro-light (one of Len's passion).
